In
today's tight economic times it is very important in every business
to stay on the leading edge to get by. KRC pushes
to stay in the lead at all times. Aaron Poe, a new graduate from Pittsburg
State
University,
has these qualities.
Aaron
graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing
Engineering Technology. He was able to pay his way through college by
working multiple jobs while taking classes. At PSU, he learned many
skills and principles such as CNC machining, heat treatment,
metallurgy, CAD and CAM, Softwares
such as Mastercam, Catia
and Magma, just to name a few. He is a Certified Manufacturing
Technologist and a Certified Investment Casting Specialist. At PSU,
Aaron was also on the Dean's Honor Roll in 2006 and 2008, received
All "A" Scholastic Honor in 2007 and was
President/Team Captain Formula SAE 2009. He grew up in
Greeley,
KS
and went to Central
Heights
High
School
in Richmond,
KS,
where he graduated top in his class.
In
Aaron's free time he enjoys riding ATV's, hunting, fishing and doing
anything outdoors. He commented that as a kid he remembered
going to the dirt track and only dreamed of being able to work
in this industry.
We
congratulate Aaron on his accomplishments so far and welcome him to
the KRC
team. We know his leadership skills, education, drive and
determination will be an asset to KRC
and the racing industry,

Keeps Winning Edge with Pit Crew Champions
Charlotte,
NC - After 18 hours of Pit Stop practice at Time Warner Cable Arena
and 5 hours of fierce competition in the Sprint Pit Crew Challenge,
(presented by Craftsman, JHE production group and KRC
products), congratulations goes to RCR #31 pit crew and Kim
Burton. A total purse of $74,000.00 was spread over individual and
team competitors. Competition came to a close with Richard Childress
Racing (RCR) #31 Jeff Burton and Richard Petty Motorsports (RPM)
#43 Reed Sorenson facing off in the final round and RCR inching out
the RPM
team to win the 5th annual Pit Crew Challenge. Along with the purse,
the winner receives the privilege of picking the all important pit
stall for the Million$$$$ All-Star race Saturday night at
Lowes Motor Speedway.
KRC
has been the supplier of wheel studs, lugnuts
and balanced pit sockets for the Pit Stop challenges since the
first event, the National Pit Crew Championship powered by Tyson in
May of 2005. That first event was produced by Pit Training and
Instruction (PIT) and since then has been produced by JHE
Production Group, both names are
well known in the NASCAR® industry. KRC
has been a supplier of quality pit stop supplies in all
NASCAR ® racing series since 2000 and currently has 15
product wins in Cup, Nationwide and Truck series in 2009! |

Kevin
Harvick (KHI) Has Big Wins
A
Big Congratulations goes to KHI. Co-Owner Kevin
Harvick #33 won his first Nationwide
race under KHI at Bristol
in March. He also won in the Truck Series in Martinsville
at the end of March.KHI Driver Ron
Hornaday also won at Lowes
Motor Speedway in May. KHI is currently 2nd in the Camping World
Truck Series and 3rd in the Nationwide Series. KRC
has been a sponsor to KHI for 2 years, supplying wheel studs,
lugnuts and pit sockets.

Quick Disconnect Throttle Kit - KRC-1040
This
Patented #6338332 Quick Disconnect Throttle Linkage comes complete
with carburetor bushings to hook up almost any carburetor. The Heavy
duty, light weight, aircraft aluminum rod with ends securely open and
lock closed to withstand the most severe engine vibrations. The
linkage can be attached or removed from the carb

Pedal Stop. After adjusting your Throttle linkage for track
conditions (tacky track or dry slick) adjust your pedal stop to match
